LBC Eco Power Electrical Apprenticeship Training and Employment Program

Our apprenticeship program provides Black youth employment-readiness pathways into a career in the electrical skilled trades through 24 weeks of barrier-free, paid skills training and comprehensive wraparound supports. Our future-forward training is aligned with new electrification technologies as the industry transitions toward decarbonization and embraces greater efficiencies and renewable energy sources. Our industry-aligned program is fully accredited by Skilled Trades Ontario under the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. Graduates earn a certificate equivalent to Tier 1 of the five-tier electrical apprenticeship, helping them advance in the high-demand skilled trades sector.
